Open Settings → System → About.
Step by Step
- Open Settings.
- Select System.
- Scroll to About.
- Review Device specifications for processor, RAM, device name, and system type.
- Review Windows specifications for edition and version.
If That Doesn't Work
- Graphics-card information is easier to find in Task Manager → Performance or Device Manager.
- Storage capacity can be reviewed under Settings → System → Storage.
