Open Settings → System → Display → Scale and choose a larger percentage.
Step by Step
- Open Settings.
- Select System.
- Select Display.
- Find Scale.
- Choose a larger percentage such as 125% or 150% if offered.
- Sign out and back in if a particular application does not update immediately.
If That Doesn't Work
- Use scaling rather than a lower display resolution when the goal is simply to make text and controls larger.
- Very high custom scaling can cause some older applications to display poorly.
