Open File Explorer and select Downloads in the left navigation pane.
Step by Step
- Open File Explorer.
- Select Downloads in the left navigation pane.
- Change the view to sort by Date modified if you are looking for a recent download.
- If the file is not there, open your browser's Downloads list to see the filename and saved location.
If That Doesn't Work
- Press Ctrl+J in most Windows browsers to open the browser download history.
- Use File Explorer search if you remember part of the filename.
- Check Desktop and Documents if you previously changed the browser's download location.
