How to Use AirDrop on iPhone or iPad

Step by Step

  1. Turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on the participating devices.
  2. Make sure AirDrop receiving is enabled appropriately.
  3. Open the item.
  4. Select Share.
  5. Choose AirDrop.
  6. Select the recipient/device.
  7. Accept the transfer when required.

  • Receiving settings can limit who can see the device.
  • Keep devices nearby during transfer.
