Open Mail account settings, select the account, and choose Delete Account or the equivalent removal option.

- Open Settings.
- Open Mail settings or Apps → Mail.
- Open Accounts or Mail Accounts.
- Select the account.
- Choose Delete Account or the equivalent removal option.
- Confirm.
If That Doesn't Work
- Removing an account from the device normally does not delete the mailbox at the provider.
- Locally stored data that exists only on the device may be removed.
