Open File Explorer and select View → Show → Hidden items.
Step by Step
- Open File Explorer.
- Select View.
- Point to Show.
- Select Hidden items.
- Hidden files and folders will now appear, usually with a faded appearance.
If That Doesn't Work
- Some protected operating-system files remain hidden because they use a separate setting.
- Avoid deleting unfamiliar hidden system files.
